Services may be booked through the Site or through direct communication with Leanna Slater Photography, Inc.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this Site is the intellectual property of Leanna Slater Photography, Inc., unless otherwise stated.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Photographs
• Logos and branding
• Text and written content
• Graphics and design elements
• Website layout and visual design

These materials are protected under United States copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

REAL ESTATE PHOTOGRAPHY LICENSING

For real estate photography services, images are licensed to the listing agent or broker solely for the purpose of marketing the specific property photographed.

Permitted uses include:

• MLS listings
• Real estate marketing materials
• Property listing websites
• Social media marketing of the property

This license is limited to the marketing of the specific property photographed and does not transfer copyright ownership.

Images may not be sold, transferred, or reused for marketing other properties or future listings of the same property without written permission from Leanna Slater Photography, Inc.

REAL ESTATE IMAGE REUSE AND ADDITIONAL LICENSING

Real estate photographs created by Leanna Slater Photography, Inc. are licensed only for the listing agent and the specific property for which they were originally commissioned.

If the property is re-listed with another agent, brokerage, or owner, or if the images are reused after the original listing has expired, a new licensing agreement must be obtained from Leanna Slater Photography, Inc. prior to reuse.

Unauthorized reuse of real estate images constitutes copyright infringement under United States Copyright Law and may result in additional licensing fees or legal action.

CLIENT GALLERIES AND IMAGE DELIVERY

Images may be delivered or displayed through secure third-party gallery platforms including:

• PhotoBiz client galleries
• Capture One Live or Capture One gallery services

These platforms allow clients to view, select, and download images. Use of these services may be subject to the privacy policies and terms of those providers.

PRIVACY POLICY

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal information. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only.

Leanna Slater Photography, Inc. does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or policies of third-party websites.

Accessing third-party websites is done at your own risk.

SOCIAL MEDIA

Images from photography sessions may be shared on Leanna Slater Photography’s social media platforms, including but not limited to:

• Facebook
• Instagram
• TikTok

Use of those platforms is governed by the terms and privacy policies of the respective platform providers.

PAYMENT TERMS

All purchases of photography services, digital images, or related products are subject to the pricing and payment terms provided at the time of booking or purchase.

Unless otherwise specified in a signed photography agreement:

All sales are final and non-refundable.

Cancellation and rescheduling policies may be outlined in separate photography service agreements.

NO WARRANTIES

All information and materials on this Site are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Leanna Slater Photography, Inc. does not guarantee that the Site will always be available, secure, or error-free.

Use of the Site is at your own risk.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leanna Slater Photography, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Site, services, or products.

If liability is found, it shall not exceed the amount paid by the User for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles.
