(Please note that my calendar is open Monday through Saturday only, and Saturdays are reserved for potential weather reshoots only.)
Senior sessions will be scheduled during the first 2 hours of daylight or the last 2 hours of daylight on the chosen date. If you are also booking an Athlete Session or an Indoor Studio Session, it will be scheduled for the same date as the Senior Session (mid-day).

Please understand that your preferred dates are not guaranteed, but are rather, a starting point for booking.

PRINT RELEASE & COPYRIGHT NOTICE -- PARENT/GUARDIAN AUTHORIZATION

To Whom It May Concern:

The bearer of this notice (“Bearer”) has purchased high-resolution digital files from his/her photography session with Leanna Slater Photography (“LSP”). The Bearer is hereby granted permission by LSP to reproduce the images and make an unlimited number of prints in any size, for personal use only.

This permission applies worldwide and does not expire.

The Bearer agrees that he/she may not:

Use any LSP images for commercial or editorial purposes, including advertising, resale, or marketing of products/services.
Enter any LSP images into contests, competitions, or publications without the express written consent of LSP.
Alter, edit, retouch, crop, apply filters, or use artificial intelligence software on the images in a way that changes their original artistic integrity, without prior written permission from LSP.

Leanna Slater Photography retains the copyright to all images.

COPYRIGHT & LICENSING TERMS

Licensed for personal use only, including printing, copying, emailing, and web publishing.
Not permitted for your financial gain: resale, advertising, stock use, or business purposes.

LIABILITY & FILE CARE

LSP is not responsible for loss, damage, or corruption of images once delivered.
LSP is not liable for print quality from third-party labs. Professional print labs are recommended.
LSP is not obligated to archive files after delivery.

MODEL RELEASE

By accepting these images, you grant Leanna Slater Photography the right to use images for portfolio, website, social media, display, and promotional use only.
Images will not be sold to third parties.
