Parent / Guardian Authorization
This agreement is between Leanna Slater Photography, Inc. (“LSP”) and the client or parent/guardian signing below (“Client”).
DIGITAL IMAGE LICENSE / PRINT RELEASE
The Client has purchased high-resolution digital image files from a photography session with Leanna Slater Photography, Inc.
The Client is granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license for personal use only to reproduce the images and make an unlimited number of prints in any size.
Personal use includes:
• Printing images
• Sharing images with friends and family
• Email and personal digital storage
• Posting images on personal social media accounts
This license applies worldwide and does not expire.
PROHIBITED USES
Client agrees that images may not be used for:
• Commercial or business use
• Advertising or marketing of products or services
• Sale, resale, or licensing of images
• Stock photography or editorial publication
• Entry into contests, competitions, or publications without written permission from LSP
Images may not be altered in a way that changes the artistic integrity of the photograph.
This includes but is not limited to:
• Heavy retouching or color changes
• Filters or overlays
• Artificial intelligence editing tools
• Removing watermarks or credits
Minor cropping for social media formatting is permitted.
Images may not be used for AI training datasets or machine learning systems without written permission from LSP.
COPYRIGHT OWNERSHIP
All images remain the copyright property of Leanna Slater Photography, Inc. under United States Copyright Law.
Purchasing digital images provides a license for personal use only and does not transfer copyright ownership.
FILE DELIVERY & LIABILITY
Once digital images are delivered:
• LSP is not responsible for loss, damage, or corruption of image files.
• LSP is not responsible for print quality produced by third-party printing labs.
• Professional print labs are recommended for best results.
• LSP is not obligated to archive image files indefinitely.
Clients are responsible for maintaining backups of all delivered images.
IMAGE DELIVERY PLATFORMS
Client galleries and image downloads may be delivered through secure third-party platforms used by LSP, including but not limited to:
• PhotoBiz client gallery services
• Capture One Live or Capture One gallery services
These platforms allow clients to view, select, and download images.
MODEL RELEASE
Client grants Leanna Slater Photography, Inc. permission to use photographs from the session for the following purposes:
• Portfolio display
• Website and blog
• Social media (including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and similar platforms)
• Photography competitions or professional display
• Marketing or promotional materials for LSP
Images will not be sold to third parties or used in commercial advertising unrelated to Leanna Slater Photography.
MINOR AUTHORIZATION
If the subject photographed is under 18 years of age, the undersigned confirms that they are the parent or legal guardian of the minor and have the legal authority to grant the permissions outlined in this agreement.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT & AGREEMENT
By signing below, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Print Release, Copyright Notice, and Model Release.
Electronic signatures are valid and legally binding.
